Accommodation Booking Process

Students complete the accommodation request form during the course application process. 

Information required: 

  • Arrival/departure dates  
  • Accommodation preference  
  • Dietary requirements  
  • Allergies or medical needs  
  • Smoking preference  
  • Special requests  

The Accommodation Team will: 

  • Confirm availability  
  • Issue accommodation details  
  • Provide invoice/payment instructions  

Please note: 

  • Accommodation is allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.  
  • Early booking is strongly recommended due to high demand in Dublin.  

To secure accommodation, students must: 

  • Pay the accommodation booking fee  
  • Pay the required accommodation full payment  

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment should be submitted at least 15 working days before departure. 

Students will receive: 

  • Accommodation confirmation letter  
  • Host family or residence details  
  • Emergency contact information  
  • Check-in instructions  

Normally issued approximately 1–2 weeks before arrival. 

Students may choose: 

  • Self-arrival  
  • Airport transfer service  

Accommodation providers will be informed of the student’s arrival details in advance. 

  • Accommodation is subject to availability.  
  • Students must respect accommodation rules and Irish residential regulations.  
  • Damage to property may result in additional charges.  
  • Refund policies apply in accordance with visa status and cancellation timelines.  
  • Students under 18 may be subject to additional safeguarding requirements.
